Traveler Maria

This is first interview and I am glad to publish it at my blog Travel N Thrill. Today we have gorgeous Maria from Travelling Buzz.

1. Tell Me About Yourself, A Little About Your Country And Your Work?

I’m Maria, a 20-something from Bulgaria, trying to find my place in the world. I want to see the things and the places I hear about in my everyday life all the time. That’s why I started Travelling Buzz blog, trying to not only inspire others but to inspire myself to go discover new places. Currently, I work as a full-time editor for an online business media. But I dream about working as a full-time traveler and travel blogger.

My home country – Bulgaria, is a small country in Eastern Europe. Although everyone may think it’s just another backward country, think again! Bulgaria is rich by nature, by monuments, stunning beaches, high mountains and so many things to do and see.

2. What Kind Of Travel Stuff You Shared At Your Blog?

I write about my adventures – in Paris, Istanbul, as well as local ones. I discover Bulgaria, too. Last year I did 10-days round my country trip and saw a lot of interesting places in my country. I also write about everything else about travel that catches my eye.

3. What Kind Of Travel Journey You Prefer?

I like organized and planned travels. I enjroy making my own itinerary and explore the map before I hit the road. That’s what I did with my Paris trip. I was so well planned and I’m happy everything went well although I had some changes once I got there. My next trip though is so random and spontaneous it even surprises me.

4. So Far Which Countries Have You Been To? Have You Ever Visited India?

I’ve been to France (Paris), Italy (Sicilia) and Turkey (Istanbul) and I loved them all. Hope to make the list longer once I get into travelling more. I’ve never been to India but I really want to experience that one. I think there are many things to see there.

5 Tell Me More About Your Country Tourism If One Will Go There What Can Explore At?

Bulgaria is not well-known destination for mass tourism. Most of the tourists come here for the sea and it’s really worth it! But there are so many other things to see. Small cultural villages, mountain tourism, spa, wine tourism should also be in the list of a traveler. There are 9 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Bulgaria so that’s amazing, too. I recommend the towns of Sozopol, Nesebar, VelikoTurnovo and also The 7 Rila Lakes, Rila Monastery and Belogradchik Rocks.

6. Tell Me One Of The Best Tours You Ever Had In Your Life?

My best trip was that in Paris. I’ve dreaming about visiting the city so long and when I finally went there I was stunned by the magic in it. It’s no wonder that it’s the most popular tourist destination in the world. You should see The Eiffel Tower at least once in your lifetime.

7. What Travel Destination Would You Like To Explore Next?

I want to explore Greece and Italy as they have rich history and many monuments to see and learn about. But any of the destinations from my Bucket List are what I want to explore.

8. Are You Food Enthusiasm? Do You Feel Trouble As People Like Me Don’t Like To Have New Taste?

I’m not really a foodie. I like the look of foreign food but I’m not necessary excited to try it. I really like my homecountry food and taste. I recommend everyone to try local Bulgarian food, you’ll love it!

9. Would You Like To Say Something About India?

I’m curious about India. I want to know more about this place and I’m sure there’s a lot to see there. It’s pretty far from me but one day I may have the chance to visit it and I’ll be happy if that’s soon.

10. Would You Give Us Some Message?

“Better to see something once than hear about it hundred times”, stick to that message and discover the world!
